We spent labor day in Woodland celebrating Ben's birthday with Papa and his family. We arrived to decorations, a bbq, presents and cake! Ben was thrilled to have an early birthday, although he was sort of confused that he wasn't actually 5 yet=) He loved everything about his early celebration, though!
Sigh....I can't believe he's almost FIVE!
He's been asking for this for weeks! He was so happy to finally get it.
We bought them new life preservers to use when we take them swimming. This are special ones designed to help them learn to swim while also being a Coast Guard approved-life jacket. They LOVE them. Ben jumped right in the water and kept on swimming. Even Emily felt comfortable enough to swim=)
Oy. This girl is a PILL in the water. She just really believes she can swim. She doesn't care if the water is freezing. She just wants to get in and swim around. It's a nice change from scaredy-cat Emmie!
